Home

We are back from spending two weeks at our family cottage on the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia. We had an amazing couple of weeks; the weather was the best it's been in years and we met up with lots of family and friends. We are now trying to get back into the swing of things, doing loads of laundry and generally getting organized for the beginning of school. How is it possible that September is here?

I will be back to regular blogging in a few days...until then I will share a few random photos from our vacation.

Definitely worth the visit-Hall's Harbour is a quintessential fishing village with a rustic lobster pound restaurant right on the ocean.

Nova Scotia has the biggest tides in the world. In a couple of hours that boat will be level with the dock.

The nautical flags spell out "Welcome". Lunenburg Nova Scotia.

 Gilbert's Cove lighthouse.

Inside the lighthouse you can enjoy tea and blueberry muffins.

 Acadia University in Wolfville.

Lighthouse in Annapolis Royal Nova Scotia.

See you in a couple of days.
Enjoy the labour day weekend!
